Shipping & Returns
Every LeatherJacket.pk jacket is made to order. Shipping, delivery time and after-sales terms are agreed with you for each order on WhatsApp before production starts.
Shipping
- Orders ship from our factory in Pakistan.
- Shipping method: DHL or FedEx door-to-door, or your own freight forwarder.
- Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are quoted per order, based on weight, quantity and destination.
- Export packing and export documentation are prepared by us.
- Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country depend on local rules; who pays them is confirmed in your order agreement.
Samples and approval
For custom and OEM orders we make a sample first. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample, and we share QC photos before the bulk order is dispatched.
Returns, remakes and quality issues
- Because jackets are made to your specification, returns, remakes or credits are handled according to the terms agreed for your order.
- If something is wrong with your delivery, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos.
- We review every report and agree the fix with you directly.
